  3. Set up your rooms, create an event, and share the link.

What we do in Planning Center

  • Read your services, times and people to check who is already there.
  • Add a family only when they are not in People yet.
  • Update a child's birthday or grade only when their parent confirms it.
  • Never delete anyone, and never change your events, services, times, rooms or calendar.
